"MycoChef" Patrick Hamilton worked for months and months ahead of time and for two long days at SOMA Camp preparing the big feast, and squeezing in a cooking demo, besides. Many hard-working kitchen volunteers come back year after year for the opportunity of toiling tirelessly for Patrick and sous-chef/Veggie Queen, Jill Nussinow . . . Mark Todd, our dear "CheeseDude" gave us some delicious cheeses to savor before and inspiring thoughts to ponder after dinner. . . .
Classes in preparation of edible mushrooms were also offered by David Campbell, Patrick Hamilton, and Julie Schreiber.
